Vacuum without a beater and spot clean with a clean dry cloth as needed. Please do not use harsh chemicals and we recommend using a rug pad for longevity.

Having a hard time making a decision? Part and Parcel recommends ordering swatches so you may see and feel the quality of our product in person. Our swatches are available under the Standard Sizes portion of this page. Once ordered, your swatch will arrive within a week.

This rug is hand woven by artisans using organic, sustainable fibers and dyes. Due to the nature of the materials and process, each rug is unique and has variations. It takes approximately eight weeks to make a Part & Parcel rug and additional time to ship directly from our looms to your door. We do not expedite orders as every step is done with intention and care.

Our rugs are made-to-order and all sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of an order. If made after this time a 50% fee will be incurred. If you receive a damaged or incorrect rug, a refund will be offered for items returned in new condition.

Return and refund requests must been sent within 4 business days after delivery.
