Our Story
Part & Parcel Goods was founded with a simple idea: great design is essential for the home.
Our rugs are thoughtfully designed in-house and handwoven by skilled artisans using the highest quality sustainable materials.
We create pieces that feel timeless but never precious—rugs meant to anchor a space, age beautifully, and bring warmth and character to everyday life.
Design, Considered
Our approach to design balances beauty and function. We draw inspiration from sources ranging from Art Deco fashion to vintage American quilts, and the way rooms are truly lived in—layered, imperfect, and personal.
Each rug is developed with intention, from proportion and pattern to color and texture, ensuring it feels at home in both traditional and contemporary spaces.
Craft & Materials
We use organic jute and hemp, along with 100% New Zealand wool, selected for durability, softness, and sustainability. Our dyes are hand-mixed using non-toxic materials and tested to meet strict standards for safety and quality.
We are proud to partner exclusively with GoodWeave® certified makers, supporting ethical labor practices and preserving the heritage of true craftsmanship.
From Sketch to Loom
Every Part & Parcel rug is designed in-house, beginning with hand-sketched patterns and an exploration of proportion, motif, and scale.
Color is central to our work. Before launching our first collection, we spent over two years sampling hundreds of hues — refining undertones, testing combinations, and evaluating how each color performs in natural light and lived-in spaces.
Each final design is then translated by skilled artisan weavers, preserving the integrity of the original sketch while embracing the nuances of handwoven craft.
