Product Information
Our rugs are handcrafted using natural materials and traditional weaving techniques. As a result, variations in color, texture, and weave are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and includes applicable shipping and tariff fees unless otherwise noted.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All rugs are made-to-order. Custom size orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Please review measurements carefully before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays. White glove delivery may be available for oversized rugs upon request.

Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations requested within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns are accepted only in the event of damage or shipment of an incorrect item and must be approved in advance. Additional details are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.
Rug Care Disclaimer
Proper care is the responsibility of the customer. Part & Parcel Goods is not liable for damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, or placement. Please refer to our Rug Care Guide for recommended care practices.
